Apple Crisp Recipe

I'm convinced that a good apple crisp starts with a perfectly tart and sweet apple!

Begin by slicing your apples. I've chosen Honeycrisp.

Mix together the spices, sweetener and thickener and pour over apples.

While the apples bake, mix up the crisp topping.

Using your hands, pinch in the butter until incorporated into the mixture.

Once your topping is made, you are ready to top the baked apples with it!

Spoon the crisp topping over the baked apples.

By now you can smell just how sweet those baked apples have become!

Once topped, finish baking until the crisp is golden brown and the apples are bubbling.

Now it's ready to serve and enjoy!

Serve topped with vanilla ice cream for the ultimate treat!
