Start by cleaning your brussels sprouts by removing the outer leaves. Then cut in half.

Toss all ingredients including bacon and brussels together on a lined backing sheet and roast.

Once golden and fork tender remove from the oven. You can broil, as directed, if you'd like a crispier exterior.

Serve immediately or cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

This makes a great side for Baked Pork Tenderloin!
