Chicken  Pot Pie Soup

Begin by prepping your vegetables.

This one pot meal, starts with everything but cream in the same pot.

One cooked, remove and shred the chicken.

Blend a portion of the soup with either an immersion blender or by transferring to a blender.

It only takes a minute to blend.

And creates the creamiest soup!

Now it's time to add back in the chicken and cream and stir to combine.
