Fit the trivet in the Instant Pot and pour water in the bottom. Sprinkle the wings with salt and pepper and load them onto the trivet.

Set the wings to cook while you mix up the buffalo sauce.

Once the wings finish in the Instant Pot transfer to a mixing bowl and toss in the buffalo sauce.

For a crisper texture, place the wings on a metal rack over a parchment paper lined baking sheet and broil.

For saucy and spicier wings, toss the wings again in more buffalo sauce.

Serve them with carrot and celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce.
