After cooking the chicken, set aside and begin on the sauce. In the same skillet add the sauce ingredients and stir over medium heat.

Allow the sauce to reduce for 20 minutes at a simmer, stirring occasionally until it's thick enough to pull a rubber spatula through and leave a separation.

After reducing for 20 minutes, add the chicken back to the sauce.

Reheat the chicken in the orange sauce for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with green onions and toasted sesame seeds over basmati rice.
