This amazingly simple recipe details how to make 3 different flavors of overnight oats - make one or make them all!

In a small jar (8 oz or larger) combine all ingredients of the flavor chosen and stir well.

For Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats you'll need: oats, milk, pumpkin puree, protein powder (optional), maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and salt.

For Original Overnight Oats you'll need: oats, milk, protein powder (optional), maple syrup, chia seeds, flax seeds, vanilla, ground cinnamon and salt.

For PB&J Overnight Oats you'll need: oats, milk, protein powder (optional), peanut or nut butter, jam, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla, ground cinnamon and salt.

After mixing, place jars in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours. In the morning stir and breakfast is served!

Stir in more milk if desired and top with heavy cream or coconut cream for the ultimate breakfast treat!
