This delicious Olive Garden copycat Zuppa Toscana has been made Whole30 and is even better than the original!

Made in the crockpot or Instant Pot, you'll need cooking oil, compliant Italian sausage, kale, potatoes, onion, bone broth/stock, coconut milk and spices.

Begin by browning the meat on saute function of the Instant Pot, then add in the onions and saute until translucent. Add the potatoes and deglaze the pot with the broth, add the spices and cook on high pressure. Once finished cooking, quick release the pressure, stir in the coconut milk and serve.
