- 1 cup lightly packed pitted medjool dates (approximately 10–14 dates)
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- Place pitted dates and water in a small sauce pan and boil over med-high heat for 10 minutes.
- Pour the dates and liquid into a small blender or you can use an immersion blender, like I did and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Enjoy!
