1) Assemble your dry ingredients:

Cornmeal, cassava flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Almond milk, butter, honey and apple cider vinegar.

2) Add the wet ingredients and mix:

3) Portion batter into 12 parchment lined or greased muffin tins and bake.

4) Transfer the cornbread muffins to a cooling rack.

5) I highly recommend topping with a drizzle of honey and enjoy!
