This healthy pumpkin pie recipe uses simple ingredients and maple syrup in place of sugar  but you can't even tell!

Start by adding the crust ingredients to a food processor.

Process until combined.

Using a rubber spatula, spread the crust into the pie plate.

Once the pie plate is covered, bake the crust.

Remove your crust from the oven and blend the filling.

Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake.

Remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool on the counter.

Serve with vanilla ice cream and/or whipping cream for the ultimate fall dessert!
