Ingredients Needed: pork tenderloin, avocado oil, salt, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried basil, black pepper, water, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, coconut aminos, ground ginger, arrowroot powder, and chives.

Begin by assembling your ingredients and mixing the spice rub and all liquids in a separate bowl.

After rubbing the pork tenderloin with oil, sprinkle and pat on the spice rub on all sides of the tenderloin.

Turn your Instant Pot to Saute mode and add your oil. Once hot, sear the pork tenderloin on all sides. Then set the pork tenderloin aside.

Using the sauce liquid you set aside, deglaze the bottom of the Instant Pot that is now empty and scrape up any bits that may be stuck onto the bottom.

Place the pork tenderloin back into the pot with glaze and cook on high pressure.

Allow the pork to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving covered in the delicious balsamic glaze.
