Description
Avocado Chocolate Mousse is simple, creamy and made in under 5 minutes from a few basic pantry ingredients! This easy and healthy dessert recipe is paleo, vegan and dairy free!
Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado (about 1/2 cup of more of flesh)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1.5 cups canned full fat coconut cream (scoop out the solid white cream only no coconut water)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender and begin blending slowly and work your way up to high speed for about one minute until completely blended and smooth.
- Transfer the chocolate mousse into ramekins or pint sized mason jars and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer. (The longer you refrigerate the creamier the mousse will become.)
- Serve as is or topped with coconut cream and sliced strawberries, enjoy!
Notes
*This recipe is the perfect make-ahead treat! It will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
*Serve in two large ramekins or 4 small ramekins or mason jars.
