Description

Dreamy, creamy dairy-free Paleo Hot Cocoa! It’s the perfect cold weather treat you can feel good about! This recipe is perfect for the single serving and it’s refined sugar free!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk or nut milk of choice
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • dash of ground cinnamon
  • *optional – 1 Tablespoon collagen peptides (do not add if vegan)
  • *optional – 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat and whisk until completely smooth.
  2. Once smooth and heated through to your desired temperature pour the hot cocoa into your favorite mug.
  3. Top with a dash of ground cinnamon or whipped coconut cream and enjoy!
