Assemble your ingredients: chicken tenders, eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, salt, smoked paprika, garlic and pepper.

Dredge in the egg and flour mixtures and lay the tenders on a baking sheet and bake.

While the tenders cook you can make the honey mustard sauce using just those 2 ingredients.

After cooking, serve warm with the sauce or allow to cool completely and keep a supply in the freezer for easy meals.
