KITCHEN FAVORITES

My favorite kitchen items that make life easier! These are the kitchen tools that I love and use in my kitchen.

Vitamix 750 Blender – I LOVE my Vitamix and I really don’t remember life before it…. that’s probably because I got mine back in 2011. Because of that my model is no longer available but if I were buying a new one today this is the one I’d choose!

Instant Pot Duo – This amazing kitchen gadget used in many of my recipes!

Crockpot – I wanted THIS crockpot for a long time. I absolutely love the look of it, the way it cooks, the 24 hour programmable timer and cord storage.

Smart Oven – I’ve wanted this oven for a LONG time! I mean it cooks just like a real oven, has a toaster setting, is a dehydrator, has a proof setting for baked goods AND is an air fryer! Talk about an all-in-one appliance!

Knife Block Set – Calphalon Classic Self-Sharpening 15-pc. Cutlery Knife Block Set. I’ve owned this set for 10 years! Well technically this set is much newer with built in sharpening – mine requires manual sharpening but it’s just as good as the first day I used it. A good knife set is essential for an home cook!

All Clad Stainless Steel 12 inch Skillet – Good cookware is EVERYTHING and yes, it is also an investment. BUT when you invest in good cookware not only should it last your entire lifetime but also then be able to be passed on to loved ones. Did you know that used to be a thing! Talk about heirlooms!

All Clad Stainless Steel Sauce Pan – A 1.5 quart saucepan perfect for sauces and soups!

All-Clad Stainless Steel Saute Pan with Lid – I LOVE this thing. If you need a good pan that can double as one to roast or slow simmer this is the one you want! This is exactly the pan you want when making my One Pot Healthy Orange Chicken.

Cast Iron Skillet – I’m a little obsessed with cast iron. If you’re looking for a natural alternative to the chemicals in traditional non-stick pans I highly recommend a good cast iron pan! They last forever and are super inexpensive. I like these which come pre-seasoned since it’s the seasoning that allows them to be non-stick. I recommend this 12 inch to start but there’s also a 10 inch skillet that’s nice to have on hand!

Dutch Oven – My Dutch Oven is one of my very favorite kitchen items I own! Sadly mine is a Mario Batali and he stopped producing them… why Mario, WHY??? It’s so good and while I own an 8 quart, I think that if I were to purchase one today I’d go with this one here. It’s a 6 quart which still allows for soup making, a lovely white color, reviews are good and the price is right!

Kitchen Aid Mixer – This is a smokin’ deal you guys! I remember when these babies used to be sooo spendy! This mixer is a work horse, it’s been through the ringer and works so hard for me so I don’t have to.

Cuisinart 11 cup Food Processor – You can use this for soooo much but my #1 made item in here is my pesto! (My egg free pie crust is second though!) It just doesn’t come out anywhere as good in the blender so this processor is a must for large batches I can freeze.

Cuisinart Compact 4-slice Toaster – Perfect for days you need only 2 slices and others when you need 4. (Follow the link for a 2-slice toaster also!)

Cuisinart Smart Stick Hand Blender – The reason I love this so much is not only because it makes blending sauces and soups a breeze but the chopping attachment is like having a mini food processor and is such a great deal! I use the attachments as much as the Hand Blender itself!

Mini Muffin Pan – These little pans are great for everything from mini muffins (obviously) but I use them most for my Chocolate Peppermint Cups and Chocolate Almond Butter Cups.

Springform Pie Pan – This 9 inch pan is perfect for any pie or cake you want to carefully remove from the pan!

Electric Spice Grinder – I keep this spice grinder specifically for grinding whole flax seeds now that I make flax eggs so often. It’s a great little grinder!

Bistro Basting Brush & Airtight Jar – Available in both white and black this silicone basting brush is a MUST for every kitchen! I used it to oil my Stuffed Acorn Squash and you can also use it for egg washing baked goods, basting sauces on grilled meat or really anything else you’d like!

Citrus Squeezer – This super handy gadget allows you to squeeze lemon or lime juice over or into a recipe without risking adding any seeds to your food. I love it and use it all the time.

Stasher Reuseable Silicone Food Bag – With three different sizes and color options these bags will virtually eliminate your need for plastic wrap!

Vacuum Insulated Water Bottle – Everyone needs a good durable water bottle and this insulated one keeps your water ice cold even in the summer! I was completely into Hydro Flask until I tried these which are significantly cheaper and work JUST as well! I add this awesome flip lid for easy drinking.

SENHAI Set of 8 Stainless Steel Reusable Straws – I love this size and is my most used straw! (I also love that they fit in my Cuppow Mason Jar Lids!)

OASIS Premium Straight Glass Reusable Straws – The perfect smoothie straw!

Electric Milk Frother – Perfect for travel although I use it every morning to froth my coffee!

Nut Milk Bag – Makes nut milk making a breeze!

Popsicle Molds – Our favorite stand alone popsicle molds! We use these each year and love how they individually freeze.
