Most fruit smoothies leave me hungry and at the edge of a sugar crash but not this one. This Pineapple Green Smoothie is a simple blend of equal parts fruit, veggie and healthy fat that leaves you satisfied and energized!

The Benefits of Pineapple
Pineapple is high in manganese and vitamin C. It’s also high in copper, fiber, folate, vitamin B1 and vitamin B6.
And because it’s a natural anti-inflammatory, it’s great for reducing swelling, bruising, and arthritis.

Really this green smoothie couldn’t be easier, with only 5 ingredients and a high speed blender.
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.

Tips To Making This Pineapple Green Smoothie
- Select a coconut milk that is thick and creamy. All canned coconut milks are certainly not created equal and your smoothie can vary in both taste and texture depending on which coconut milk you use so this is the coconut milk I recommend.
- Use frozen pineapple for this recipe. You can certainly use fresh pineapple but I prefer to cut up a pineapple beforehand and keep chunks in the freezer or buy already frozen pineapple for smoothies because no one likes a warm smoothie!
- Add your coconut milk to the blender first. The liquid really helps get the process going if the blender is able to reach it all at once.
- Want an even colder smoothie? Add a few ice cubes to the blender.

This Pineapple Green Smoothie is made with only 5 ingredients! It’s packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and will help keep you full and hydrated between meals.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup very cold water
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup frozen pineapple (you can use fresh in the same quantity but won’t end up with a cold smoothie)
- 1 pitted medjool date
- 1 Tablespoon hemp hearts
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
- Pour, drink and enjoy!
